SERRADURA PUDDING:
Recipe:
10 keping (lebih kurang la) biskut marie (that's original recipe) , I used digestive biscuit.
Biscuit crush dulu. Tips; Letak dlm zip-lock bag, roll dgn rolling pin.
Cream:
400 ml whipping cream
100 ml condensed milk (boleh kurang kan ikut selera)
2 tsp vanilla extract
10 gm gelatine (saya tak guna pun)
Whip cream until form peak, then beat in condensed milk (sikit2) n vanilla. Layer wt crushed biscuit alternately.
Lepas tu, sejukkan dalam peti ais, sebelum dimakan.
